Payment terms for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bobcat Technology Consultants or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

With respect to work product we create for clients:

• Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for them
• We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or intellectual property used in creating deliverables
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing

6. Confidentiality

We understand that in the course of providing IT and technology services, we may have access to sensitive business information. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the services or as required by law. Clients are encouraged to request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive engagements.
